Launch of new journal Microsystems & Nanoengineering

Nature Publishing Group and the Institute of Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences are launching a new online, open access journal Microsystems & Nanoengineering.

- Live on nature.com in March 2015.

- Began accepting submissions in October 2014.

- Original research articles and reviews.

- Design (theory, modelling and simulation), fabrication, characterization, reliability, and applications of devices and systems.
